These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Keto Clubwebsite and app (the “Service”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Important health disclaimer

Keto Club is an educational and tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and nothing in the Service is a substitute for professional advice from a qualified doctor, dietitian or other healthcare provider. Always consult a suitable professional before starting any diet, fasting protocol or exercise programme, particularly if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, take medication, or have a history of disordered eating. You use the Service at your own discretion and risk.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old to use the Service. Let us know promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including by attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, reverse-engineering it, using it unlawfully, or infringing the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached.

Subscriptions and payments

The Service offers a free tier and a paid Premium tier. Where you purchase Premium, the applicable price, billing period and any renewal terms will be shown to you before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled, and you may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Statutory rights to refunds, where they apply, are unaffected.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, design, software, plans, recipes and branding, is owned by Keto Club or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial purposes. The data you log remains yours.

Availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it “as is” and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue features from time to time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keto Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
