Yes. You can create an account and use the core tracker, fasting timer, COREFit starter sessions, free recipes and calculators without paying anything and without a credit card.
What does Premium add?
Premium unlocks the full adaptive keto-cycling plan with phase-aware targets that adjust automatically, the complete COREFit programme, advanced analytics, and — coming soon — an AI coach for your meals, fasting and training.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Starting free needs nothing more than an email address. You only enter payment details if and when you choose to upgrade to Premium.
Which features are still coming soon?

Can I cancel any time?
