Ingredients

  • 200 g natural peanut butter
  • 100 g coconut oil
  • 50 g powdered erythritol
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Method

    Gently warm the peanut butter and coconut oil together until pourable.

    Stir in the erythritol, vanilla and salt until smooth.

  3. 3

    Spoon into a 12-hole silicone mould.

  4. 4

    Freeze for at least 1 hour until solid.

  5. 5

    Pop out and keep in the freezer; eat straight from frozen.
