- 100 g almond flour
- 60 g cream cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 20 g butter, for frying
Method

Blend the almond flour, cream cheese, eggs, baking powder and vanilla into a smooth batter.

Melt a little butter in a non-stick pan over medium-low heat.

Spoon in small rounds of batter and cook for 2 minutes until bubbles form.

Flip carefully and cook for a further minute until golden.

Stack and serve with butter and a few fresh raspberries.
