Ingredients

  • 170 g mozzarella, grated
  • 90 g almond flour
  • 30 g cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 60 g passata
  • toppings of choice

Method

    Melt the mozzarella and cream cheese together, then stir in the almond flour and egg.

  2. 2

    Press the dough onto a lined tray and bake at 200°C for 8 minutes.

  3. 3

    Spread with passata, add toppings, and bake a further 6–8 minutes.

  4. 4

    Slice and serve.
