Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 40 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 50 g powdered erythritol
  • 80 ml double cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Method

    Blend the avocado flesh until completely smooth.

    Add the cocoa, erythritol, vanilla and salt and blend again, scraping down the sides.

    Pour in the cream and blend briefly to a glossy mousse.

  4. 4

    Spoon into glasses and chill for at least 30 minutes.

    Serve topped with a few berries or a little whipped cream.
