Ingredients

  • 500 g beef mince (20% fat)
  • 2 heads baby gem lettuce
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 100 g soured cream
  • 80 g cheddar, grated
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 garlic clove

Method

    Brown the mince in a hot pan, breaking it up as it cooks.

    Stir in the crushed garlic, cumin and paprika and cook for 2 minutes more; season.

    Separate the lettuce into cups and arrange on plates.

    Spoon the spiced beef into each cup.

    Top with avocado, cheddar and a dollop of soured cream, and serve.
