- 2 eggs
- 120 g cheddar, grated
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 60 g cooked ham, chopped
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- black pepper
Method

Heat the waffle iron and lightly grease the plates.

Whisk the eggs, then stir in the cheddar, almond flour, ham, baking powder and pepper.

Spoon half the mixture into the iron and close.

Cook for 4–5 minutes until golden and crisp, then repeat with the rest.

Serve warm on their own or with a fried egg.
