Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 200 g asparagus
  • 50 g butter
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 lemon
  • fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper

Method

    Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

    Melt the butter with the crushed garlic and a squeeze of lemon.

    Arrange the salmon and asparagus on a lined tray, season, and brush generously with the garlic butter.

    Bake for 14–18 minutes until the salmon flakes easily.

    Scatter with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
